Born and raised in Mount Airy, I graduated from cosmetology school at Surry Community College in 2004. From there I went and received more training. I studied with the best stylists from Aveda, Goldwell, KMS, Wella, Redken, and Joico.

I believe as a stylist, to be the best you can be you need to always educate yourself. I strive to be on trend or sometimes be a trend setter! I feel extremely grateful that I can use my art to help transform peoples lives by focusing on inner beauty, confidence, empowerment, and self esteem.

My ultimate goal has always been for hair to represent a persons true essence. I strive to create a personal style for every client. When I hear comments like “my hair has never looked this good” and they leave my chair smiling, that’s what makes me love my job! I am a color specialist, a blonding specialist with many different color techniques. I specialize in razor cuts and textured, curly hair. I also specialize in keratin smoothing treatments.

When I’m not behind the chair I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. I’m also the lead singer of the well known beach band The Catalinas. I live life to the fullest and I strive to make a difference in each persons life that I meet.
